Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Order status and history can be viewed on the Account History page. This page gives you access to all of your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Shipping costs are determined by order size. To see our shipping rates and learn more about shipping please visit the Shipping & Store Policies page. You can always see the shipping cost for a particular order in your shopping cart.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: We are committed to filling your order promptly.  Under normal circumstances, all online orders ship within 3-5 business days of receipt (excludes weekends and holidays), but most orders ship sooner, often the same day.  Actual delivery time varies based upon how long it takes the carrier to deliver from our store in Martindale, Pennsylvania to your address.  If you need your order to ship sooner or require expedited shipping, please call us at 1-877-738-5223.  See the Shipping & Store Policies page for more details.

Q: Do you have lace beyond what’s available in your online catalog?
